Welcome to my Growing a Grown Up website for parents and families of teens.

Writing ‘How to Grow a Grown Up’ with Fabienne Vailes was just the beginning. There is so much more to do to support our youngest generation through the pressures of the 21st Century, so that they can thrive and do amazing things.

That is why I have created this website and my resources: to help you to navigate more confidently the challenges of raising your young person in an ever changing world.

Here you will find my blogs about raising teenagers, evidence informed parenting ideas, and links to lots of other useful resources. You can also sign up for my free monthly newsletter, link to my #DomIn60Seconds videos, and join my private Growing a grown Up Facebook Community, all just a click away.

I hope you like it!
